Product Introduction

JS-9085-30 anti fouling additive is mainly used as an internal modifier in UV cured coatings, which has good compatibility with the coating. A small amount of addition can significantly improve the waterproof, oil proof, anti fouling, anti fingerprint and wear-resistant properties of the coating.  This product is easy to use and only requires a small amount of less than 1 percentage point to be added to the UV curing coating, without changing the original coating processing technology.

Product advantages

The product can be added to UV coatings (with an addition amount of 0.5-1%), and its waterproof and anti fouling properties can be significantly enhanced by curing, without changing the coating process of the coating.

Product packaging

JS-9085-30 anti fouling additive should be packaged in a clean, dry, and free of other impurities storage tank. The packaging should be lined with a rubber cover and tightly sealed. 1KG/barrel, 5KG/barrel, and 20KG/barrel are all made of HDPE material, while 250KG/barrel is made of iron plastic composite steel barrel. If the customer has requirements, packaging shall be carried out according to the customer's requirements.

Product storage

JS-9085-30 anti fouling additive should be stored in a low-temperature, dry and ventilated place (avoiding direct sunlight), and the shelf life of unopened products is 2 years;  The shelf life after opening is affected by protective measures, and under sealed low-temperature and dry conditions, the shelf life is more than six months.

Precautions for use

u This product must be used within its shelf life and should be opened and used immediately. Before use, be sure to read the product MSDS.

u If it splashes into the eyes during use, immediately rinse with plenty of water and seek medical attention;  If in contact with skin, please wash thoroughly with soapy water.

u Avoid contact with high temperatures or alkaline earth metals during use, as they can easily decompose and reduce performance.
