Product Introduction

JS-3112-05 electronic waterproofing agent is a transparent, low viscosity, and low surface tension protective liquid, which is a solvent containing 0.5wt% fluorinated polymer.  This product is easy to operate and suitable for spraying and dipping processes. It dries quickly within seconds without further heating and curing, and the coating can be removed and recoated.

Product Usage

JS-3112-05 Electronic Waterproof Agent This product is mainly used for surface moisture-proof treatment of PCB circuit boards, surface encapsulated components, solder joints, metals, etc. After drying, it forms a transparent, semi permanent protective film with excellent hydrophobicity and oleophobicity, which can avoid the erosion of hydrocarbons, silicone oil, and synthetic liquids, prevent moisture and corrosion, and have the function of preventing migration and local lubrication.

Product packaging

JS-3112-05 electronic waterproofing agent should be packaged in a clean, dry, and free of other impurities storage tank. During packaging, it should be lined with a rubber cover and tightly sealed. 1KG/barrel, 5KG/barrel, and 20KG/barrel are all made of HDPE material, while 250KG/barrel is made of iron plastic composite steel barrel. If the customer has requirements, packaging shall be carried out according to the customer's requirements.

Product storage

JS-3112-05 electronic waterproofing agent should be stored in a low-temperature, dry, and ventilated place (avoiding direct sunlight exposure). The shelf life of unopened products is 2 years;  The shelf life after opening is affected by protective measures, and under sealed low-temperature and dry conditions, the shelf life is more than six months.

Precautions for use

u This product must be used within its shelf life and should be opened and used immediately. Before use, be sure to read the product MSDS.

u If it splashes into the eyes during use, immediately rinse with plenty of water and seek medical attention;  If in contact with skin, please wash thoroughly with soapy water.

u Avoid contact with high temperatures or alkaline earth metals during use, as they can easily decompose and reduce performance.
