JS-3063-25 metal anti fouling coating is a polymer carried by a transparent, low viscosity, low surface tension fluorosilane solution in a hydrofluoroether solvent. This coating is designed for easy cleaning and anti fouling functions on various surfaces, such as glass flat panel displays and mobile electronic device components. The coating dries into a thin, transparent, and permanent film with good hydrophobic and oleophobic properties. Post curing provides additional durability and wear resistance. It is non flammable, low toxicity, does not deplete the ozone layer, and complies with RoHS standards.

JS-3063-25 metal anti fouling coating agent should be packaged in a clean, dry, and free of other impurities storage tank. The packaging should be lined with a rubber cover and tightly sealed. 1KG/barrel, 5KG/barrel, and 20KG/barrel are all made of HDPE material, while 250KG/barrel is made of iron plastic composite steel barrel. If the customer has requirements, packaging shall be carried out according to the customer's requirements.
JS-3063-25 metal anti fouling coating agent should be stored in a low-temperature, dry and ventilated place (avoiding direct sunlight), and the shelf life of unopened products is 2 years; The shelf life after opening is affected by protective measures, and under sealed low-temperature and dry conditions, the shelf life is more than six months.
