JS-1102-10 Electronic Fluorination Liquid Anti reflection and Anti reflection Liquid is a chemical method used to construct nano porous structures on the surface of high alumina glass, achieving efficient anti reflection through the trapping effect. The preparation process adopts a heating soaking method to form a uniform nanopore structure in high alumina glass in a low-temperature thermal environment. After repeated cleaning and drying, the anti reflective glass is obtained.  As a anti reflection and anti reflection drug designed specifically for tempered high alumina glass, it can be widely used in fields such as automotive, display, and tempered film.

 

Product Features

Compared with magnetron sputtering vacuum coating, JS-1102-10 immersion method for anti reflection has significant cost and production efficiency advantages. Its process is simple and easier to control in production.  High alumina glass has a wide range of applications, suitable for chemically strengthened high alumina glass of different thicknesses (0.2-0.4mm). Glass manufacturers also include South Glass, China National Building Materials, Corning, and other commonly used high alumina glass in the market.

 

Product Usage

The coating surface can be wiped with microfiber cloth or clean, lint free cotton cloth or paper towel without any lotion or detergent.

You can use a 50% alcohol solution and various acidic and alkaline cleaning agents to clean fingerprints or grease stains on the surface.

Product packaging

JS-1102-10 electronic fluorine solution should be packaged in a clean, dry, and free of other impurities storage tank. During packaging, it should be lined with a rubber cover and sealed tightly. 1KG/barrel, 5KG/barrel, and 25KG/barrel are all made of HDPE material, while 250KG/barrel is made of iron plastic composite steel barrel. If the customer has requirements, packaging shall be carried out according to the customer's requirements.

 

Product storage

JS-1102-10 electronic fluoride solution should be stored in a low-temperature, dry, and ventilated place (avoiding direct sunlight exposure). The shelf life of unopened products is 2 years;  The shelf life after opening is affected by protective measures, and under sealed low-temperature and dry conditions, the shelf life is more than six months.

 

Precautions for use
