JS-1063-A electronic fluorinating liquid is an azeotrope formulation of hydrofluoroether, methyl non fluorobutyl ether (C4F9OCH3), trans-1,2-dichloroethylene (t-DCE), and ethanol. This mixture is a true azeotrope, consisting of ant vapor and liquid at boiling point. JS-1063-A fluid is an ideal choice for cleaning and degreasing tasks, aimed at replacing ozone depleting materials in many applications, as well as certain aqueous cleaning processes and solvent coating applications. The increased solvency, low surface tension, non flammability, and constant composition during the boiling process of JS-1063-A make it an ideal choice for immersion thawing and degreasing applications. The ethanol component in JS-1063-A enhances the removal of ionic pollutants.

JS-1063-A electronic fluorine solution should be packaged in a clean, dry, and free of other impurities storage tank, with a rubber lined cover and encrypted seal during packaging. 1KG/barrel, 5KG/barrel, and 20KG/barrel are all made of HDPE material, while 250KG/barrel is made of iron plastic composite steel barrel.
