Product Introduction

JS-1040 is an electronic fluorinated liquid based on hydrofluoroethers. It is a transparent, colorless, and low odor fluid at room temperature, designed to replace ozone depleting substances (ODSs), compounds with high global warming potential (GWP), and fluorinated materials. Its boiling point is higher than most chlorofluorocarbons, hydrochlorofluorocarbons, and hydrofluorocarbons, reducing evaporation losses.  JS-1040 electronic fluorinated liquid does not deplete the ozone layer and has extremely low global warming potential, making it an attractive alternative to perfluorocarbon and perfluoropolyether heat transfer liquids.  It has moderate solubility and good material compatibility, and can be used as a cleaning solvent or refrigerant.

Product Usage

JS-1040 electronic fluorine solution is widely used in many fields such as medical, electronics, precision instruments, optical lenses, semiconductors, new energy, and aerospace.  It can be used as a solvent for anti fingerprint coatings such as electronic displays or as a wetting agent for cosmetics. In addition, it can be used as a liquid cooled working fluid and cleaning agent component in semiconductor manufacturing processes such as semiconductor dry etching, wafer testing, and packaging testing;  The main aspects are as follows:

u Solvent: diluent used for anti fingerprint liquid, lubricant diluent;

u Drying: Drying after soaking in hydrocarbons or alcohol;

Product packaging

JS-1040 electronic fluoride solution should be packaged in a clean, dry, and free of other impurities storage tank, with a rubber lined cover and encrypted seal during packaging. 1KG/barrel, 5KG/barrel, and 25KG/barrel are all made of HDPE material, while 250KG/barrel is made of iron plastic composite steel barrel. If the customer has requirements, packaging shall be carried out according to the customer's requirements.

Product storage

JS-1040 electronic fluoride solution is stored in a low-temperature, dry and ventilated place (avoiding direct sunlight), and the shelf life of unopened products is 2 years;  The shelf life after opening is affected by protective measures, and under sealed low-temperature and dry conditions, the shelf life is more than six months.

Precautions for use

u This product must be used within its shelf life and should be opened and used immediately. Before use, be sure to read the product MSDS.

u If it splashes into the eyes during use, immediately rinse with plenty of water and seek medical attention;  If in contact with skin, please wash thoroughly with soapy water.

u Avoid contact with high temperatures or alkaline earth metals during use, as they can easily decompose and reduce performance.
